Thank you for using Logit.today. We're committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. In most cases notes are private, but due to the fact users can share content publicy we need to ensure there is are established guidelines for uploading images:

• Personal, non-commercial, and for personal use only
• Related to hobbies, interests, or creative pursuits
• Suitable for all ages

The following types of content are strictly prohibited

• Illicit or explicit content: Images that depict nudity, pornography, or explicit violence are not allowed.
• Hate speech or harassment: Images that promote hate, intolerance, or discrimination towards individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other characteristics are not permitted.
• Illegitimate or unauthorized content: Images that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization are not acceptable.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

• You acknowledge that you own the copyright to the image(s) you upload or have obtained the necessary permissions to do so.
• If you do not own the copyright, please provide attribution or obtain permission from the copyright holder before uploading the image.

Reporting Illegal Images

• If you encounter an image that violates our content guidelines, please report it to us immediately to support@logit.today.
• We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take action against images that violate our policy.
• In cases where we determine that an image constitutes a serious offense (e.g., child exploitation or hate speech), we will report it to the relevant authorities.

Consequences of Violating the Policy

• Repeated violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
• We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without notice.
